Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled only before the product has been dispatched. Order status is updated automatically by our system. Once the system marks your order as dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled under any circumstances.
To cancel an order, you may do so through your account or the order management option on our website, provided the order has not yet been dispatched. Cancellation is not available once the order status has been updated to dispatched.
No Refunds
We do not offer refunds of any kind. All payments made to Mitrang Creation are non-refundable. Please review your order carefully before confirming your purchase.
